Baja Premium Care was founded by a certified nurse who saw the same problem repeating itself: patients flying from the United States to Tijuana for life-changing surgery, then recovering alone in hotel rooms, without nursing supervision, without proper nutrition, and without anyone to call if something felt wrong at 3 a.m.
That experience became the blueprint for Baja Premium Care. More than a decade of clinical experience went into designing a facility where everything, the staffing model, the room configuration, the meal program, the transport protocols , is built around one patient at a time.
Today, Baja Premium Care serves patients recovering from BBL, Tummy Tuck, Mommy Makeover, Gastric Sleeve, and other major procedures. Our team is made up exclusively of licensed registered nurses, 100% bilingual in English and Spanish, available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
We are not a hotel. We are not a guesthouse. We are a professionally certified post-surgical recovery house, and that distinction matters most when your body is doing its most important work.
